Maua Park Bridal Boutique is a company that was established in November 2022, upon realizing that there is a gap in the wedding gowns market. We specialize in sourcing wedding gowns and accessories of all kinds, from China to Botswana. Through us, the customer gets to select their desired product from a wider variety of pieces produced. They can choose any style or color with no limitations such as picking from what’s only available in a brick-and-mortar store.
Terms & Conditions
1. We accept orders made a minimum of two months before the event date.
2. Orders made later than that would solely be the customer’s responsibility,We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays on product arrival.
3. Please make sure you provide accurate sizes for your order.
4. Payments are non-refundable unless we deliver the wrong order. This would be in terms of wrong colour and/or incorrect size.
5. Refunds will also be issued if we cannot fulfill your order due to the desired product being out of stock.
6. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier.
7. Payment cannot be transferred to another product/person.
8. Although we try our best to present the products as they are,there can be slight variations in the appearance of the actual products from the images.
9. Guidance on the choice of gown is done so without liability.
10. Maua Park is not responsible for delays beyond its control. These may be unavailability of flights for freight forwarding or any other issues that may arise.
11. Product prices do not include alteration costs.
12. We reserve the right to dispose of products which remain uncollected for over three months.
